July 1, 2012 - As South Florida moves into its newest real estate boom with more than 50 projects planned, Toronto-based Baker Real Estate and Miami-based CVR Realty™ have agreed to form a joint venture with hemispheric-reach to empower developers to more effectively sell units in newly proposed condo towers in the tricounty region of Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach.

The newly finalized relationship – Baker/CVR Real Estate – blends together the preconstruction sales experience and extensive international buyer network of Canada`s $2 billion Baker Real Estate firm with South Florida`s condo experts CVR Realty™.

The Baker/CVR Real Estate venture creates the first South Florida organization with a reach that stretches throughout the Americas from Canada to Argentina. Prior to the Baker/CVR Real Estate joint venture, developers in South Florida had been limited to in-house real estate brokerages that focused their international buyer networks on specific countries or regions, but never the entire hemisphere of the Americas.
